Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 to finally arrive on June 8
Samsung has finally let the cat out of the bag by announcing the release date of Samsung Galaxy Tablet 10.1 as June 8. But the good news for New Yorkers is that first it will only be available in limited edition at New York’s Union Square Best Buy store before embarking on a wider launch on June 17.
The Samsung WiFi Tablet weighs only 1.25 pounds with a thickness of 8.6 millimeters, making it the thinnest tablet available in the market. It runs on the latest android version for tablets, Honeycomb 3.1, has a 1Ghz dual-core processor, 10.1 inch screen, a 3 megapixel camera along with a front-facing 2 megapixel camera too.
The Tablet will be available for $499 for the 16 GB version, whereas the 32 GB version will cost $ 599.
