Download iTunes 10.3.1
Apple has had to release an immediate update to iTunes 10.3 since many iPhone users were facing an “unknown error (-50)” while trying to sync their devices after updating their software. It seemed that there was a bug with iTunes 10.3.
This update is expected to be around 75MB.
