Toshiba’s Android Tablet Toshiba Thrive is available for pre-order now. It can either be ordered directly from Toshiba or you may order it from Amazon and Office Depot.
Thrive features 1 GHz dual-core Tegra 2 CPU, 10.1-inch HD display and runs Android 3.1 Honeycomb. It has a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2.1-megapixel front camera for video calls.
If you are a Honeycomb tablet fan, then thrive is definitely worth exploring but do keep in mind that it does not support 3G connectivity.
Thrive is available in three models: the 8GB version costs $430, 16GB model sells for $450 and 32GB version is available for $ 570. No exact release date is available yet, however, you may expect it somewhere in mid-July.
