Apple Final Cut Pro X available at $299.99

Finally Apple has released the Final Cut Pro X, the update to its professional editing suite. Final Cut Pro X is available at the Mac App Store for $299.99. The update has come after a period of 2 years when the last update was released by Apple. Two companion apps Motion 5 and Compressor 4 are also available for individual downloads priced at $49.99 each.

Main Features
• The update comes with 64-bit support
• Apple has introduced a new “Magnetic Timeline”, which makes arrangement of clips a lot more convenient
• Introduction of Content Auto-Analysis, which uses meta-tags for better organization and import of content
• The new Clip Connections feature helps in keeping titles and sounds in sync even when being moved around. Related story elements can be grouped into a Compound Clip and global edits made
• Compound Clips feature further combines audio and video, so that it is easier to shuffle them around the timeline.
• One more feature which will save a lot of time is “Auditioning” since it lets you create various edits of audios and videos and test them without the need for re-editing and then simply selecting the best combination.
