A hacker after jailbreaking the device got an HTML 5-based- game, the BlackJack card game operational on Apple TV 2G. He had first installed the Couch Surfer application that provides web browser for jailbroken Apple TVs.
Unlike other set boxes, which allow a variety of games and apps, Apple TV provides no such gaming joy. This piece of information means that Apple TV can be a platform for HTML 5-based games. Although Apple TV does not run apps but there is a possibility that it may decide to do so in future. Lets see if Apple decides to add some fun to its TV.
