In line with earlier reports of a major Apple event taking place at their Cupertino campus on October 4, The Loop has now reported that Apple has sent out invites for this big event with the tagline “Let’s talk iPhone” and carries images of iOS icons for Calendar, Clock, Maps, and Phone. The event will start at 10:00 am PT.
The October 4 event is the most eagerly awaited event where Apple is expected to unveil its next generation iPhone as well as an iPhone 4S with slight speed bump and CDMA+GSM capabilities. On the software side iOS 5 along with iCloud, is also expected to be made public during that event.
