How to Lock Your Google+ Posts Before Sharing
Google+ is continuosly bringing changes based on popular demand. One such demand had been the option to disable your posts or comments before sharing. The feature is now being made available and you can now completely control your privacy.
Ebby Amirebrahimi, Software Engineer at Google posted in his Google+ status:
“By popular demand, we’re rolling out a feature that lets you disable comments and lock your posts before sharing to the Google+ stream.”
Now instead of first sharing something with your circles and then disabling comments, you can do it before you post anything.
“We’ve heard from many of you that you want these disable and lock options before you share, not after. So today I’m happy to say that we’re doing exactly that.”
How to:
If you take your mouse over the share box will show that you can select which circles you want to share your content with and also the comment disabling and locking feature as well.
Amirebrahimi says, “We hope these features help you feel even more secure about sharing on Google+. We’ll keep listening, and rolling out more improvements in the coming weeks and months, so let us know what you think!”
