Japanese carrier NTT DoCoMo Announces Nexus Prime Ahead of October 19 Event
The joint Samsung/Google event to introduce Android Ice Cream Sandwich and Samsung Nexus Prime is due to take place on October 19. But Japanese carrier apparently got impatient and already announced the Nexus Prime via a Tweet
“the latest Android OS smartphone with Google and Samsung Electronics [will be] announced on October 19 in Hong Kong tomorrow. DoCoMo is almost equivalent to the fastest in the world, scheduled for release in November. More later.” (via Google Translate)
Without giving any other details, DoCoMo only mentioned the availability of the phone in November.
In the meanwhile an Italian site Android HDBlog has given the full details of DoCoMo’s announcement along with Specifications.
