The super-sexy smartphone Samsung Galaxy S II has reached another milestone by selling 10 million units globally in just a short span of 5 months. The phone was launched in April and by july Samsung had already sold 5 million units.
The long wait of US users for this super sexy phone Samsung Galaxy SII is finally over as Samsung announced the SII for the US on 29th August. Initially the launch date was set for 29th August but had to be pushed back due to hurricane Irene.
While users in the US eagerly await the unveiling of the Samsung Galaxy SII, an image of the super sexy phone’s various versions for different US carriers has been made available by PocketNow.
Finally its happening! The Galaxy SII is all set to arrive in the US on 29th August. The SII was launched this May in Europe and other parts of the world. But users in North America were kept deprived of this super-sexy phone.
Looks like there is just no stopping to Samsung’s Galaxy line. While Galaxy SII is still roaring, Samsung yet brings another one, the Galaxy R which is an affordable version of the pricey SII.
