Reports was circulating on the internet that users personal data was highly vulnerable in HTC Android phones with updates. Any app having full internet permission had access to this data when the HTC smartphones were turned off.
Detailed specs of HTC’s upcoming smartphones have been leaked via ThisismyNext. HTC Runnymede is to be HTC’s next flagship Android phone while HTC Bliss is smartphone meant specially for the female population.
HTC has unveiled two of its latest phones running Windows Phone 7.5 Mango – HTC Titan and HTC Radar. Both phones have HTC Desire and Sensation like molded aluminum body. HTC would be the second company to bring Mango phones.
Images of the HTC Holiday have surfaced revealing that the phone would be coming to AT&T’s new faster LTE network. According to Engadget Holiday will be among the very first phones that will be available for sale in AT&T’s LTE markets.
HTC has finally released Gingerbread update for its smartphone Desire, but that’s not all! The update comes with a package. Unlike other Andriod updates this one has not been pushed over the air.
Remember we had reported earlier that HTC was all set to release it first glasses-free Evo 3D across Europe in July. But now according to Techradar, HTC has delayed the release of its phone and it will instead be available in UK in September.
Looks like HTC is all set to give a tough time to LG’s Optimus 3D in Europe since HTC has decided to show a bit of muscle in the 3D arena by introducing its HTC Evo 3D across Europe in July.
